Sivuqaq, also known as Jocko, was a Pacific walrus. He lived at the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, California. Sivuqaq was 18 years old in 2013. He became famous through many TV and radio shows.
Sivuqaq was one of four walrus calves brought to Vallejo in 1994. The other three walruses were females named Qiluk, Uquq, and Siku. These young walruses lost their parents because of hunting near Gambell, Alaska. Sivuqaq got his name from the Yupik language name for that city. He passed away in 2015.
