Skyline Acres is located about 11 miles (18 km) north of downtown Cincinnati. It shares borders with several other communities. To the east, you'll find Mount Healthy. North College Hill is to the southeast. To the southwest is White Oak, and Groesbeck is to the west. Finally, Northbrook is to the north.
A major road, Ohio State Route 126, also known as the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway, passes through the southern part of Skyline Acres.
