Sons of Ram is an exciting animated movie from India, released in 2012. It was made by ACK Animation Studios, with help from Maya Digital Studios and Cartoon Network India. This film is based on amazing stories from Hindu mythology. It tells the tale of Rama's twin sons, Luv and Kush.
This movie was special because it was Amar Chitra Katha's very first animated film made in 3D! It first came out in movie theaters across India on November 2, 2012. Later, in 2013, Sons of Ram was shown at the Toronto Animation Arts Festival (TAAFI). It also premiered on television on Cartoon Network (India), so even more people could watch it.

The Story of Luv and Kush
The movie's story begins with Rama, the brave king of Ayodhya and a main character from the famous Ramayana epic. King Rama had to send his beloved wife, Sita, away from their kingdom. This made him and his people very sad and worried about the future.
Sita's Secret Life
What King Rama didn't know was that far away, in the quiet home of a wise sage named Valmiki, Sita was living a new life. She was raising their twin sons, Luv and Kush. Sita lived as Vandevi, which means "goddess of the forest," keeping her true identity a secret.
Growing Up Strong
Even though Luv and Kush didn't know who their royal father was, they grew up learning many important things. They became very wise and kind. They also learned amazing combat skills that were so good, they could rival any royal prince!
Teamwork and Destiny
Sita taught Luv and Kush to always work together as a team. She secretly hoped that one day, her family would find a way to be reunited. Before the twins could achieve their great destinies, they first had to overcome their own fears and challenges.
An Amazing Journey
Luv and Kush go on an incredible journey with their loyal and fun friends. Their adventure takes them through magical forests filled with mythical creatures. They also travel to the respected land of Ayodhya, which is the home of their legendary heroes.
