Spooksville is an exciting live-action TV show. It's full of adventure, mystery, and a bit of comedy and horror. The series first aired on the Hub Network on October 26, 2013. It's based on the popular book series of the same name.
The show was created by Christopher Pike, who wrote the books. Jane Startz, who also produced movies like Tuck Everlasting and Ella Enchanted, produced the TV series. James Krieg, known for writing for shows like Scooby-Doo and Batman, helped adapt the books for television.
Sadly, Spooksville was canceled after just one season. The last episode aired on May 17, 2014.

What's the Story?
The story of Spooksville begins when a new kid, Adam, moves to a strange small town. This town is called Springville, but everyone calls it "Spooksville." That's because weird and supernatural things happen there all the time!
Adam soon finds out that he is very important to a big battle. This battle between good and evil has been going on in Spooksville for hundreds of years. With his new friends, Adam tries to solve the town's many mysteries.

- Keean Johnson as Adam Freeman: Adam is the new kid in Spooksville. He moves there with his dad after his mom disappears. Adam and his friends uncover many secrets. He learns that his mother used to live in Spooksville. She knows many of the town's strange and dark secrets. Adam later finds out his mom is alive through a magic spell.
- Katie Douglas as Sally Wilcox: Sally is a brave and funny girl. She is also determined to uncover Spooksville's mysteries. She wants to know why so many bizarre events happen in their town.
- Nick Purcha as Watch Waverly: Watch is a smart and often nervous boy. He is Adam and Sally's friend. He helps them figure out the strange happenings in Spooksville.
- Morgan Taylor Campbell as Ann Templeton: Ann lives alone in a large house called Shadowmire. She has a servant named Moorpark. Ann comes from a long line of witches. Her ancestor, Madeline Templeton, cursed the town of Spooksville long ago.
