Tiera Skovbye (pronounced SKOH-bee) is a Canadian actress who started her career as a child. She is famous for her roles in popular TV shows. You might know her as Polly Cooper in the The CW series Riverdale or as Robin in the ABC show Once Upon a Time.
Tiera also played the main character, Grace Knight, in the Canadian TV series Nurses. She has appeared in many TV movies, including one where she played actress Elizabeth Berkley in a film about the show Saved by the Bell.
