Sprague Grayden (born July 21, 1980) is an American actress. She is known for playing interesting characters in many popular TV shows and movies. You might recognize her as the schoolteacher Heather Lisinski in the drama series Jericho. She also played Olivia Taylor in the thriller show 24. Many people know her as Kristi Rey from the scary movies Paranormal Activity 2 and 3.

Personal Life
Sprague Grayden was born in a town called Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts. Both of her parents were schoolteachers. Her first name, Sprague, was her mother's last name before she got married. She had a younger brother, Benjamin, who passed away in 1999.
For college, Grayden went to Barnard College in New York City. She studied American Studies and was also very active in the drama department, acting in many plays.
In 2013, she married Alexis "Lex" Cassar, who was also an actor on the show 24. They have a son, who was born in September 2014. Grayden has said she is a big fan of science fiction and enjoys collecting Pez dispensers.
Acting Career
Grayden began her acting career on stage. She performed in many plays, including Hamlet and Fool for Love. Her work in theater helped her build her skills as an actress.
Breakout Roles on Television
Grayden became well-known for her roles in several popular TV shows. From 2006 to 2008, she starred in Jericho, a show about a small town after a major disaster. She played Heather Lisinski, a smart and brave schoolteacher.
In 2009, she joined the cast of the hit show 24 for its seventh season. She played Olivia Taylor, the daughter of the president. Her performance was so good that USA Today newspaper called her "one of TV's most interesting young actresses" that year. She also had a memorable role as Donna Winston in the biker series Sons of Anarchy.
Success in Movies
Besides television, Grayden has also starred in movies. Her most famous movie role is Kristi Rey in the horror film Paranormal Activity 2 (2010). The movie was a huge hit, and she returned to play the same character in the prequel, Paranormal Activity 3 (2011).
In 2019, she starred in the movie Samir with actors Ethan Rains and Michelle Lukes.
