History of St. Kilda School
A school district was created in this area on May 25, 1912. It was called West Butte School District No. 2747. A school district is like a local area that manages schools.
The school was first located in a specific part of the township. In 1920, the name of the school district was changed. It became St. Kilda School District No. 2747. This change helped give the community its name.
