A Home for the Community
The story of St. Naum of Ohrid Church began in 1970. At that time, Macedonian families living in the Hamilton area wanted their own place to gather. They wanted a church where they could practice their faith and celebrate their heritage.
Building a Dream
To make their dream come true, the community worked hard. They raised enough money to buy their first church building. This first church was located on Kensington Avenue. It became a central spot for the Macedonian community.
A New Location
As the community grew, the church needed more space. In 2003, the parish moved to a brand new building. This new home is located at 1150 Stone Church Road East. The new building offers more room for everyone.
More Than Just a Church
