Stanislava Andreyevna Konstantinova (Russian: Станислава Андреевна Константинова; born July 14, 2000) is a talented Russian figure skater who recently retired from competitive skating. She is known for her graceful performances and has won several medals. These include a bronze medal at the 2019 Winter Universiade and a silver medal at the 2018 Grand Prix of Helsinki. She also won the CS Tallinn Trophy twice (in 2016 and 2017) and a silver medal at the 2017 CS Warsaw Cup. As a junior skater, she earned a silver medal at the 2016 JGP Russia and a bronze at the 2017 JGP Belarus. She was also the 2015 Tallinn Trophy champion and the 2017 Russian junior national silver medalist.

About Stanislava
Stanislava Konstantinova was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on July 14, 2000. Her family has a background in sports. Her mother trained in rhythmic gymnastics and track and field, and her father practiced karate. Stanislava also has a younger sister named Kristina.
Stanislava's Skating Journey
Stanislava started learning to skate in 2006. When she was nine years old, Valentina Chebotareva became her coach. Stanislava first competed internationally in November 2012 at the 2012 Tallinn Trophy, where she won a gold medal in the junior category. She won another junior gold medal at the 2015 Tallinn Trophy. In the 2015–16 season, she began competing in the Junior Grand Prix series. She won a silver medal at the JGP Russia and placed fourth at the JGP Germany.
Stanislava made her debut in senior international competitions at the 2016 CS Tallinn Trophy. She won the gold medal there with a high score, finishing more than 9 points ahead of the silver medalist.
Achievements in 2017–18
In November 2017, Stanislava won her second gold medal in a row at the 2017 CS Tallinn Trophy. A couple of weeks later, she won the 2017 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb. At the 2018 Russian Championships in December 2017, she finished fourth overall. She then earned a bronze medal at the 2018 Russian Junior Championships. In March 2018, Stanislava competed at the 2018 Junior World Championships, where she placed fourth. She was then asked to compete at the 2018 World Championships in Milan. She finished nineteenth overall at this event. Stanislava later shared that she learned a lot from this experience and was thankful for the support from her family and fans.
Highlights of 2018–19
Stanislava began this season at two ISU Challenger Series events. She won a bronze medal at the 2018 CS Ondrej Nepela Trophy in September. Two weeks later, she placed fourth at the 2018 CS Finlandia Trophy. In November, she made her Grand Prix debut at the 2018 Grand Prix of Helsinki, where she won a silver medal. She finished fifth at the 2018 Internationaux de France later that month. At the 2019 Russian Championships, Stanislava placed fourth overall. She showed she could compete with the top skaters. She then competed at the 2019 European Championships. She placed fourth overall after a strong free skate performance. She also placed fourth at the domestic Russian Cup Final. Stanislava was initially chosen for the 2019 World Championships but was later replaced.
The 2019–20 Season
Stanislava started the season at the 2019 CS Ondrej Nepela Memorial, finishing seventh. At her Grand Prix events, 2019 Skate America and 2019 Rostelecom Cup, she placed eleventh in both. She finished the season at the 2020 Russian Championships.
Skating During the Pandemic (2020–21)
With the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the international season, Stanislava competed in domestic events in Russia. She placed fifth at one event in Moscow and ninth at another in Kazan. She then competed at the 2021 Russian Championships, where she finished sixteenth. In January 2021, she changed coaches, joining Viktoria Butsaeva's team. In July 2022, there were reports that Stanislava had ended her career. However, she clarified that she was taking a break and would miss the upcoming season.
Retirement from Competition
Stanislava did not compete during the 2021–2022 season. She announced her retirement from competitive skating on her Instagram. She also shared that she would continue to be involved in figure skating as a coach and choreographer.
