Stanley Tobias Wilson Sr. (born August 23, 1961) is a former American football player. He played as a running back for the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League (NFL). Stanley Wilson was chosen by the Bengals in the ninth round of the 1983 NFL draft.

Early Life and High School Success
Stanley Wilson grew up in Los Angeles, California. He played high school football at Banning High School. During his time there, he played alongside another talented running back, Freeman McNeil. Stanley was recognized as the 4A player of the year in both 1978 and 1979.
College Football Career
After high school, Stanley Wilson played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners. He was a standout player during his college years. In 1981, he was named a first-team All-Big Eight player. The following year, in 1982, he earned second-team All-Big Eight honors.
Playing in the NFL
Stanley Wilson was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 1983. He played for the Bengals from 1983 to 1988. As a running back, he gained 1,118 rushing yards during his NFL career. He also scored 11 rushing touchdowns for his team.
Family Connections
Stanley Wilson has two sons who also played football. His son, Stanley Wilson Jr., attended Stanford University on a scholarship. He started as a running back but later switched to cornerback. Stanley Wilson Jr. was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the third round of the 2005 NFL draft. Sadly, Stanley Wilson Jr. passed away on February 1, 2023.
Stanley's youngest son, Seth, also played football. Seth played as a running back for North Dakota State University.
