Strandburg is a town in southern Grant County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 63 at the 2020 census. Its name is derived from the town's founder, the Swedish John Strandburg.

As of the census of 2010, there were 72 people, 27 households, and 17 families residing in the town. The population density was 900.0 inhabitants per square mile (347.5/km2). There were 36 housing units at an average density of 450.0 per square mile (173.7/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 95.8% White and 4.2% Native American.
There were 27 households, of which 29.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.9% were married couples living together, 3.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.4% had a male householder with no wife present, and 37.0% were non-families. 37.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 14.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.67 and the average family size was 3.41.
