Strathallan is a beautiful valley in Scotland. It's the valley of the Allan Water river. This valley stretches from the city of Stirling towards the north and north-east. You'll find towns like Bridge of Allan, Dunblane, Blackford, and Auchterarder in Perth and Kinross within this area.

Strathallan is also the name of a special area, called a 'ward', in the Perth and Kinross Council. This ward chooses three people, called 'councillors', to represent them. These councillors are chosen using a voting system called the Single Transferable Vote.
