Symonds is a small place in Bolivar County, Mississippi, United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it's an area that looks like a town but isn't officially set up as one. It's also an unincorporated community, meaning it doesn't have its own local government.
Symonds is about 3 miles (5 km) southeast of Malvina. It is also about 4 miles (6 km) northwest of Pace. The community is located along the path of the old Yazoo and Mississippi Valley Railroad.
A post office served the Symonds area for many years. It was open from 1905 until 1954. Symonds was first officially counted as a CDP in the 2020 Census. At that time, its population was 72 people.
