The Symphony chocolate bar is a special treat made by The Hershey Company. It comes in two main types. Even though it's a Hershey's chocolate, it has a slightly different recipe than the classic Hershey's milk chocolate bars. This change makes it taste even creamier! It was the first time Hershey's changed its main milk chocolate recipe since Milton S. Hershey created it way back in 1894.
The name "Symphony" was chosen because eating the bar is meant to be a wonderful experience for your taste buds, just like listening to a beautiful symphony (a type of music) is a treat for your ears.

The Symphony bar was made for grown-ups, especially those who might enjoy a fancier chocolate. It even became the most popular of nine different products that Hershey's tested in China.
