Symphony Towers is a huge building complex in downtown San Diego, California. It's located on B Street in the old Financial District. This amazing building has two towers and was finished in 1989.
It's called a "mixed-use" building because it has many different parts. It includes offices, a hotel, and even a concert hall!

What is Symphony Towers?
Symphony Towers is a very large complex. It covers about 1.2 million square feet. One of its main parts is a 34-story office building. This office building has a lot of space for businesses to rent.
The complex also includes the Marriott Vacation Club Pulse San Diego. This is a hotel with 264 rooms. There's also a five-level parking garage for cars.
Home to Copley Symphony Hall
A special part of Symphony Towers is the Copley Symphony Hall. This hall has 2,255 seats. It's a popular place for concerts and other performances.
Special Features
The very top floor of the tower is called the penthouse floor. It's home to the exclusive University Club. This is a private club for its members. The tower also has a helipad on its roof. This is a special landing spot for helicopters.
How Tall is Symphony Towers?
Symphony Towers is one of the tallest buildings in San Diego. It stands at about 152 meters (499 feet) tall.
It is the second tallest skyscraper in the city. It's just one foot shorter than One America Plaza. That building is the tallest in San Diego.
Who Built Symphony Towers?
The Symphony Towers project was developed by Douglas P. Wilson. He is the current chairman and CEO of Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC). He worked with Charlton Raynd Ventures to make this project happen.
The building opened its doors in 1989. The famous architecture firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed Symphony Towers. Many people think it's one of the best buildings in Downtown San Diego.
