Tatsuhiko Seta (瀬田 龍彦, Seta Tatsuhiko, born January 15, 1952) is a former Japanese football player. He was a talented goalkeeper. Seta played for the Hitachi club team. He also represented the Japan national team.

Playing for Clubs
Tatsuhiko Seta was born in Morioka, Japan, on January 15, 1952. After finishing high school, he joined the Hitachi football club in 1970. He quickly became a key player for the team.
Winning Championships
In 1972, Seta's club had an amazing year. They won the Japan Soccer League championship. They also won the Emperor's Cup that same year. The Emperor's Cup is a big knockout football competition in Japan.
Hitachi continued to be a strong team. They won the 1975 Emperor's Cup again. In 1976, they also won the 1976 JSL Cup. This cup was another important competition for Japanese clubs.
Seta's Achievements
Seta was known as one of the best goalkeepers in the league. He played 164 games for Hitachi in the league. His great skills were recognized when he was chosen for the "Best Eleven" team. This honor happened in both 1972 and 1976. The "Best Eleven" team features the top players in the league.
Seta first retired from playing in 1980. However, he returned to Hitachi in 1982. This time, he came back as a playing-coach. He helped guide the team, but he did not play in any matches. He retired for good in 1986.
