Where is Teresita Located?
Teresita is found in the northern part of Cherokee County. It sits where two stream valleys meet: Spring Creek and Double Spring Creek. Spring Creek flows west and eventually joins the Neosho River.
The community is about 15 miles (24 km) north of Tahlequah. Tahlequah is the main city and county seat for Cherokee County.
