Tetsuro Uki (浮氣 哲郎, Uki Tetsuro, born October 4, 1971) is a Japanese football manager and former J1 League football player. He was born on October 4, 1971. He played as a midfielder and defender during his career. Today, he is the head coach for the Myanmar women's national football team.

Tetsuro Uki's Journey as a Football Player
Tetsuro Uki was born in Matsudo, Japan, on October 4, 1971. After finishing university, he joined a football club called Tokyo Gas in 1994. He quickly became a regular player, often playing as a center back.
Playing in the J1 League
In 1997, Uki moved to JEF United Ichihara, a club in the top Japanese league, the J1 League. However, he did not play many matches there. In 1998, he returned to Tokyo Gas. His team won the championship that year.
Moving to New Teams
In 1999, Uki joined Omiya Ardija, a club that had just moved up to the J2 League. He played as a center back at first. Later, he changed his position to a defensive midfielder. In 2001, he moved to another J2 club, Montedio Yamagata, where he continued to play as a regular defensive midfielder.
Success with Oita Trinita
In 2002, Uki joined Oita Trinita, another J2 club. He was a key defensive midfielder for them. His team won the championship in 2002 and was promoted to the J1 League for 2003. However, he did not play much in the J1 League that year.
Later Playing Years
From 2004, Uki played for Shonan Bellmare in the J2 League. He played many games as both a defensive midfielder and a center back. In August 2005, he moved to Yokohama FC, also in the J2 League, where he played as a center back. In 2006, he joined FC Kariya. He played regularly for this team. In July 2007, the team's manager was replaced. Uki then decided to stop playing and became the new manager for FC Kariya.

In July 2007, Tetsuro Uki officially stopped playing football and started his career as a manager for FC Kariya.
Early Coaching Years
When Uki took over, FC Kariya was not doing well. They finished 16th in 2007. However, in 2008, the team improved and finished in 8th place. In 2009, the team's performance dropped again, and they finished 17th. This meant they were moved down to a lower league. Uki then left the club at the end of 2009.
Coaching Other Clubs
In 2010, Uki became a coach for the main team at FC Gifu. Later, in 2016, he moved to Shonan Bellmare. There, he coached both the main team and the youth teams until the end of 2016.
Managing Kataller Toyama
In 2017, Uki became the manager for Kataller Toyama, a club in the J3 League. The team finished 8th in 2017. However, in 2018, the team's results were not good. In May 2018, when the team was at the very bottom of the league, Uki was no longer the manager.
Current Role
Since 2023, Tetsuro Uki has been the head coach for the Myanmar women's national football team.
