The Anointed Pace Sisters, often called The Pace Sisters or TAPS, is a well-known American gospel singing group. They are based in Atlanta, Georgia. The group includes sisters Duranice Ann, Phyllis Yvonne, June Lorraine, Melonda, Dejuaii J., Leslie Renee, Latrice Ann, and Lydia Likithia Pace. Their sister, LaShun Pace, also had a successful solo career and sometimes performed with the group.
The Anointed Pace Sisters have released five albums with different music labels. These albums include U-Know (1992), My Purpose (1995), It's Already Done (2003), Return (2006), and Access Granted (2009). Many of their albums, like U-Know, My Purpose, Return, and Access Granted, were popular on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart.
Sadly, the oldest sister, Dr. Duranice Pace, who was a lead singer and songwriter for the group, passed away on January 14, 2021.

The Pace Sisters' Journey: From Church to Fame
The Pace Sisters grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. Their parents were Pastor Murphy Pace, Jr. and Mother Bettie Ann Pace. The sisters started singing together in their father's church. They began their professional music career in 1988.
There are nine sisters in total:

Popular Albums and Chart Success
The group released five albums between 1992 and 2009. Two of these were released by Savoy Records. Their album U-Know came out in 1992, followed by My Purpose in 1995. In 2003, they released It's Already Done through their own label, Gospel Pace.
Later, they released two more albums with Tyscot Records: Return in 2006 and Access Granted in 2009. Four of their albums became very popular on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart:

- My Purpose reached No. 17
- Return reached No. 20
- Access Granted reached No. 5
Their album Access Granted also made it to No. 39 on the Independent Albums chart.
