The Farm is a popular reality competition TV show format. It was created by a Swedish company called Strix. This show has been sold over 100 times and aired in more than 50 countries! It's one of Strix's most successful shows, like The Bar and Fame Factory. Since 2021, The Farm has always been on TV somewhere in the world. The company Fremantle helps share the show around the globe.

How the Show Works

The Farm brings together a group of 12 to 14 people. They all live together on a real farm. The contestants have to work just like real farmers. This means they take care of animals and grow crops.

Every so often, one person has to leave the farm. This usually happens in a special challenge called The Duel. In The Duel, two contestants compete in a tough physical game to see who stays. But in some versions of the show, the audience gets to vote by phone to decide who leaves.

Sometimes, the show features famous people. This is called the "Celebrity Format." Well-known public figures become the contestants on the farm.
