The Story's Adventure
While on a winter vacation in Jamaica, the famous detective brothers, Frank and Joe Hardy, stumble upon a big mystery. They find an ancient bronze mask near their beach house. This discovery quickly pulls them into a dangerous adventure!
Their search for answers takes them from sunny Jamaica all the way to their hometown of Bayport. Then, their journey continues across the ocean to exciting cities like Casablanca and Marrakesh in Morocco. Along the way, they meet a helpful man named William. He is from Jamaica and knows a lot about the mask's history. The boys soon learn that the mask is a very important piece of Jamaican history.
William helps the Hardy Boys by scaring off some of their enemies. He uses the Swahili language to make them think he is a powerful Juju man. Later, Frank and Joe's father, Fenton Hardy, joins them. Everyone celebrates back at the Celliers' home. Christine, a helpful teen who also assisted in the case, lets the Hardys call their worried mother. They all enjoy dinner with Aunt Gertrude. William even receives a special Basenji dog as a thank-you gift for helping the Hardys out of trouble.
