The Naughtiest Girl is a popular series of books. They were first written by Enid Blyton in the 1940s and 1950s. These stories are special because they take place at a unique boarding school. It's called Whyteleafe School. This school is different from many others. Later, Anne Digby wrote more books for the series. She also wrote the Trebizon series.
Main Characters
The main character in the books is Elizabeth Allen. She starts out as a very spoiled girl. Her bad behavior makes her teachers leave. So, she is sent to Whyteleafe School. You say it Whiteleaf. Elizabeth plans to be so naughty there that she will get kicked out.
But things change for Elizabeth. During her first term, she realizes she was lonely. She was an only child at home. She starts to behave better. Her best friend is Joan Townsend. Joan always tries to help Elizabeth be good.
In the second book, Elizabeth makes two enemies. Their names are Robert Jones and Kathleen Peters. But later, they all become great friends. The third book also features other students. Julian and Arabella are important characters too.
