The Rembrandts are an American pop rock music group. It was formed in 1989 by two musicians, Danny Wilde and Phil Solem. Before forming The Rembrandts, Danny and Phil worked together in another band called Great Buildings in 1981.
The Rembrandts are most famous for their song "I'll Be There for You." This song was chosen as the main theme song for the popular TV show Friends.
