The Young Chefs was a fun Canadian TV show made for kids. It was all about learning to cook! This show first aired on CBC Television in late 1976.
What the Show Was About
The show was hosted by Jehane Benoît. She welcomed everyone to her family's sheep farm. This farm was called Noirmouton. It was located near a town called Sutton, Quebec.
Jehane was joined by two young people. Their names were Lisa Schwartz and Karim Kovacevic. They were the "young chefs" of the show. Together, they learned many different things about food. They also learned how to prepare tasty meals.

This TV series was half an hour long. It was shown every Wednesday. The first episode aired on October 6, 1976. The last episode was on December 29, 1976. You could watch it at 5:00 p.m.
