Thea Tsulukiani (born January 21, 1975) is a politician from the country of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgian Parliament for the Georgian Dream party.
Tsulukiani has held several important government jobs. She was the Minister of Justice from 2012 to 2020. She also served as the Minister of Culture, Sport, and Youth and as a Deputy Prime Minister.
Currently, she leads a special group in parliament called the "Tsulukiani Commission". This group is looking into the actions of the government that was in power from 2003 to 2012.

Education and Early Career
Thea Tsulukiani studied in both Georgia and France. She earned a degree in international law from a university in Georgia. She also went to a famous school in France called the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA), where she studied public administration.
Before becoming a politician, Tsulukiani worked for ten years as a lawyer. She worked at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in Strasbourg, France. The ECHR is a court that protects the rights of people across Europe.
Political Journey
Entering Politics
In 2012, Tsulukiani joined the world of politics. She was elected to the Georgian Parliament as a member of the Free Democrats party. This party was part of a larger group called the Georgian Dream coalition. She won her election with a large majority of the votes.
After the election, she was appointed as the Minister of Justice. In 2014, when the Free Democrats party left the government, Tsulukiani decided to stay and joined the Georgian Dream party.
Work as a Minister
As Minister of Justice, Tsulukiani was in charge of many important government groups. These groups worked on improving the justice system and other areas of government. During her time as minister, Georgia's court system went through many changes. Some people praised these changes, while others had different opinions about them.
In 2020, she stepped down as minister to run for parliament again. She was successfully re-elected.
Recent Roles
In March 2021, Tsulukiani was given two new roles: Minister of Culture, Sport, and Youth, and Deputy Prime Minister. During her time as culture minister, she made changes in museums and other cultural organizations. These changes were met with mixed reactions.
In September 2024, she resigned from her minister positions to run in the parliamentary elections. She was elected to parliament again in November 2024. After this, she became the leader of the "Tsulukiani Commission".
