Theresa Zabell Lucas (born on May 22, 1965, in Ipswich, Suffolk) is a famous Spanish sailor. She is known for winning two gold medals at the Olympic Games. She won her first gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain. Her second gold medal came at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Theresa Zabell was a member of the Real Club de Mediterráneo Málaga. She competed in a type of boat called the 470 class. This is a two-person sailboat used in Olympic competitions.
