Thomas Robert Hay-Drummond, 11th Earl of Kinnoull (born April 5, 1785 – died February 18, 1866) was an important Scottish nobleman. He held several special titles, like Earl of Kinnoull and Viscount Dupplin. From 1787 to 1804, he was known as Viscount Dupplin.

Thomas Robert Hay-Drummond was born in Bath, Somerset, a city in England. His father was Robert Hay-Drummond, 10th Earl of Kinnoull. His mother was Sarah Harley, whose father, Thomas Harley, was once the Lord Mayor of London.

Lord Lyon King of Arms
From 1804 until he died in 1866, he served as the Lord Lyon King of Arms. This is a very old and important role in Scotland. The Lord Lyon is in charge of all things related to Scottish heraldry, like coats of arms and family histories. Thomas took over this job from his own father.
Military and Local Leader
He was also a colonel in the Perthshire Militia from 1809 to 1855. A colonel is a high-ranking officer in the military. Later, from 1830 to 1866, he became the Lord Lieutenant of Perthshire. A Lord Lieutenant is the King or Queen's personal representative in a county. They help with local government and ceremonies.

Lord Kinnoull married Louisa Burton Rowley on August 17, 1824. She was the daughter of Sir Charles Rowley, 1st Baronet. Thomas and Louisa had nine children together.
