Tiffany is a small place in Colorado, United States. It's not a city or town with its own government. Instead, it's called an unincorporated community. This means it's part of a larger county, La Plata County. Tiffany is also located on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation, which is land managed by the Southern Ute Indian Tribe.
A Look Back in Time
The community of Tiffany got its name from an early settler named Ed Tiffany. In 1907, a post office opened in Tiffany. This post office helped people send and receive mail for many years. It stayed open until 1954, when it finally closed its doors.
