Timothy Bowman Jr. was born on May 26, 1987, in Detroit, Michigan. Music runs in his family! His father, Tim Bowman, is a famous smooth jazz guitarist. His aunt is the well-known gospel singer Vickie Winans. Before becoming a full-time musician, Tim Bowman Jr. studied pharmaceutical sciences at Wayne State University.
His Music Career
Tim Bowman Jr.'s first album, Beautiful, came out in 2012. It was released by Trippin 'N' Rhythm Records. This album helped him become known in the music world. It reached number 8 on the Billboard Gospel Albums chart. It also made it to number 50 on the Independent Albums chart.

Personal Life
Tim Bowman Jr. proposed to his girlfriend, Brelyn Freeman, on Christmas Day in 2014. They got married on October 10, 2015, in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. In August 2018, both Tim Bowman Jr. and his wife were ordained. He became the Music Pastor, and she became the Millennial Pastor at the Spirit of Faith Christian Center.
Since 2019, Tim Bowman Jr. has a special tradition. Every February, for Black History Month, he and his group, Faith Music, invite a guest gospel singer. They perform tribute songs to different black gospel artists each week.
