Tocina is a small city located in the province of Seville, which is a part of Spain. A province is like a large region or area within a country.
In 2018, about 9,578 people lived in Tocina. This number comes from a count of all the people living in the city, called a census.
Long ago, during the time when Moors lived in Spain, Tocina was known by a different name: Tushēna (Arabic: طُشَانَة).
About Tocina
Tocina is a special place because it has a "twin city" relationship with Żejtun in Malta. Being a twin city means two cities in different countries agree to be partners. They often share ideas, learn about each other's cultures, and sometimes even have student exchange programs. It's a way for cities to build friendships across the world!
