Todd Nelson was born on March 18, 1961, in The Dalles, Oregon, in the United States. He is a former professional tennis player. Before turning pro, he played college tennis at Arizona State University.
Todd Nelson found most of his success playing doubles tennis. During his career, he reached the finals in four doubles tournaments and one singles tournament. In 1987, he reached his highest doubles ranking, becoming world No. 48.
