Todd Orlando, born on March 24, 1971, is an American football coach. He is currently the defensive coordinator and inside linebackers coach for the University of South Florida team.
Before joining South Florida, he was the defensive coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin from 2017 to 2019. He also coached at the University of Southern California (USC) from 2020 to 2021. Earlier in his career, he was the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at the University of Houston. Playing Football
Todd Orlando played linebacker when he was in high school at Central Catholic High School in Pittsburgh. A linebacker is a player on the defense who lines up behind the defensive line.
He then played for the University of Wisconsin from 1991 to 1993. During his time there, he was an inside linebacker. He was part of the 1993 Wisconsin Badgers football team. This team shared the title for the Big Ten Conference. They also won against UCLA in the 1994 Rose Bowl. This was a big achievement because it was the Badgers' first time playing in the Rose Bowl since 1963.
