Todd Talbot (born June 12, 1973) is a Canadian actor and television host. He is famous for being the real estate expert and co-host of the TV show Love it or List it Vancouver. In the United States, the show is called Love it or List it Too.
Before becoming a TV host, Todd was an actor. He played Matt Walker in the teen drama series Hillside.

Career Journey
Early Acting Days
Todd was born in Vancouver, Canada. He started his acting career as a teenager in the TV series Hillside, which was shown on YTV in Canada and Nickelodeon in the U.S. from 1991 to 1993. He acted in the show with another future star, Ryan Reynolds.
After Hillside, Todd traveled to England to study acting, singing, and dancing. He loves live theater and has performed in shows all over the world.
Hosting Love it or List it Vancouver
In 2013, Todd became the co-host of Love it or List it Vancouver with designer Jillian Harris. On the show, Todd's job is to find new houses for families, trying to convince them to move. Meanwhile, Jillian renovates their current home, hoping they will decide to stay. The show became very popular on the W Network and HGTV.
Todd also writes blog posts for the W Network's website and has appeared on many Canadian talk shows, like Breakfast Television and The Morning Show.
In 2024, he started a new show called Todd Talbot Builds: The Passive House Project on the Cottage Life channel.
