The show had a simple, funny story. Every day, Tommy Toon's mom would go to the shop. Before leaving, she would tell Tommy not to watch too many "crazy cartoons." But Tommy loved cartoons!
Secret Cartoon Parties
As soon as his mom left, Tommy would invite four special friends, known as "Toonatics," over to his house. Together, they would secretly watch their favorite cartoons for about half an hour. They also played fun mini-games during the breaks, all before Tommy's mom returned home.
