Toulon is a small city in Illinois, United States. It is the main town, also called the county seat, for Stark County. In 2010, about 1,292 people lived there. Toulon is also part of the larger Peoria area. It is the starting point for the Rock Island Trail State Park, a popular place for outdoor activities.
