Tracy Ifeachor (born 1984/1985) is a talented British actress who has starred in many TV shows and plays. She is well-known for her roles as Aya Al-Rashid in the vampire series The Originals. She also played Abigail Naismith in the special Doctor Who Christmas episode called "The End of Time". In 2021, she took on the main role of Cleo Roberts in the BBC drama Showtrial. She is also set to appear as Dr. Heather Collins in the 2025 Max series The Pitt.

Early Life and Learning

Tracy Ifeachor was born in Plymouth, England. She went to Plymouth College for her early schooling. Later, she attended Eggbuckland College, also in Plymouth.

Tracy loved performing from a young age. She studied speech and drama at The Raleigh School. She also learned different dance styles like tap, ballet, modern, and jazz at the Deborah Bond Dance academy.

After finishing her A-levels, which are advanced school exams, Tracy took a year off. During this time, she tried out for drama schools in London. She was very successful and earned a scholarship to the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art. This school later joined with the Central School of Speech and Drama.

Her Acting Journey

After finishing drama school, Tracy Ifeachor quickly started her acting career. Her first movie was Blooded. She also appeared in a couple of commercials.

Tracy then performed on stage for the first time. She played Minerva in a play called Noughts & Crosses for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Soon after, she made her TV debut in the BBC One show Casualty.

A big moment in her career was playing Abigail Naismith in Doctor Who. These were the final episodes for actor David Tennant as the Doctor. Tracy's character, Abigail, was the daughter of a rich man who wanted her to live forever.

Tracy also performed in several important plays. She played Beneatha in A Raisin in the Sun at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester. She also appeared in Welcome to Thebes at The National Theatre.

In 2016, Tracy joined the cast of the ABC thriller series Quantico. She played the character of Lydia Hall. More recently, she took on the main role of Cleo Roberts in the 2021 BBC drama Showtrial.
