Tracy Li, born in Hong Kong in 1972, is a talented ballet dancer from South Africa. She has Chinese heritage.

Tracy started her ballet training at The Christine Liao School of Ballet. She was so good that she won a special scholarship from The Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club. This allowed her to study at the famous Australian Ballet School.

When she was just 16, Tracy joined the Hong Kong Ballet. Later, in 1992, she moved to Durban, South Africa. In South Africa, she first danced with the Napac Dance Company. The next year, she joined the Cape Town City Ballet. Here, she became a senior principal dancer, which is a very high rank.

Tracy was well-known for dancing with Daniel Rajna. They often toured together as guest artists in places like Zimbabwe and Hong Kong. They were also invited to perform at the 2004 Miami Dance Festival. Tracy retired from ballet in August 2007 after performing in Camille. She also danced in the National Ballet Competition in China in 1986.
