Travis Marquez "Bonesaw" Outlaw (born September 18, 1984) is an American former professional basketball player. He played in the NBA for several teams, including the Portland Trail Blazers and Sacramento Kings.

Early Life and High School Basketball
Travis Outlaw grew up in Starkville, Mississippi. He went to Starkville High School. There, he played basketball for the Starkville Yellowjackets team. He was a highly-rated player in high school. Experts thought he was one of the best small forwards in the country in 2003.
Professional Basketball Career
Playing for the Portland Trail Blazers (2003–2010)
Travis Outlaw joined the NBA right after high school. The Portland Trail Blazers picked him in the first round of the 2003 NBA draft. He was the 23rd player chosen overall. In his first five years, he scored about 8.6 points per game. He also grabbed about 3.2 rebounds per game.
In the 2005 NBA Summer League, Travis played very well. He averaged 18.7 points and 6.3 rebounds. This performance earned him a spot on the All-RVSL First Team. Many teams wanted to trade for him after this. But the Trail Blazers wanted to keep him. They believed he would become a special player.
On April 18, 2007, Travis had his best scoring game. He scored 36 points against the Golden State Warriors. He signed a new three-year contract with the Trail Blazers in July 2007.
Moving to the Los Angeles Clippers (2010)
In February 2010, Travis Outlaw was traded. The Trail Blazers sent him to the Los Angeles Clippers. Steve Blake also went to the Clippers in this trade. In return, the Trail Blazers received Marcus Camby.
Time with the New Jersey Nets (2010–2011)
On July 8, 2010, Travis signed a big contract. He joined the New Jersey Nets for five years. However, his time with the Nets was short. The team decided to release him in December 2011.
Playing for the Sacramento Kings (2011–2014)
After leaving the Nets, Travis Outlaw joined the Sacramento Kings. He was picked up by the Kings in December 2011. His last NBA game was with the Kings. It happened on April 16, 2014. In that game, the Kings lost to the Phoenix Suns. Travis played for about 24 minutes. He scored 15 points, got 5 rebounds, and made 2 assists.
Short Stays with Other Teams (2014)
In August 2014, Travis was traded again. He went to the New York Knicks along with Quincy Acy. They were traded for Wayne Ellington and Jeremy Tyler. Later that year, in October, he was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers. This trade also involved draft picks. However, the 76ers released him on the same day.
