Trinny Woodall (born February 8, 1964) is a British businesswoman. She started her own makeup company called Trinny London.
Before this, Trinny became well-known as a fashion and makeover expert. She was also a television presenter and an author. She worked with Susannah Constantine as part of a famous duo called Trinny and Susannah. They wrote a weekly fashion column for The Daily Telegraph.
In 2001, the BBC asked them to host a TV show called What Not to Wear. After this, they worked on many other TV shows, wrote books, and even created clothing lines.

Early Life of Trinny Woodall
Trinny Woodall is the youngest of six children. She has three half-siblings from her father's first marriage. Her father was a banker. Her grandfather, Sir John Duncanson, was important in the British steel industry.
When Trinny was five, she got into a bit of trouble at school. A family friend, Ronald Searle, who created the famous St Trinian cartoons, thought she was a lot like those mischievous girls. That's how she got her nickname, Trinny, and it stuck!
Trinny went to boarding schools from the age of six. These included Queen's Gate School in London. She also attended Baston School for Girls. She even went to boarding schools in France and Germany when she was between twelve and fifteen years old.

Starting Out in Fashion
Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine first worked together in 1996. They created a weekly style guide for The Daily Telegraph called Ready to Wear. This guide ran for seven years.
They showed how to find affordable fashion from regular stores. They would model clothes themselves to show what suited different body shapes. Trinny was in charge of styling and making business decisions for the duo.
Television Shows
Trinny and Susannah became very famous as hosts of What Not to Wear. This popular show was on the BBC for five seasons. They used their fashion knowledge and honest advice to help people improve their style.
In 2002, Trinny and Susannah won an award for their work on What Not to Wear. The show was also nominated for a BAFTA Television Award twice. Their show was also popular in America on BBC America. They often appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show to give fashion advice.
After What Not to Wear, they moved to ITV. In 2006, they started a new show called Trinny & Susannah Undress.... Trinny has also appeared on other shows like This Morning to share her fashion and beauty tips.
In 2017, Trinny Woodall started her own makeup company, Trinny London. This company sells cosmetics directly to customers.
Books and Writing
Trinny Woodall and Susannah Constantine wrote many fashion advice books together. These books sold over 3 million copies around the world. Their books were translated into many languages. They even became best-sellers on The Sunday Times and The New York Times lists.
In 2023, Trinny published her own book called Fearless. She also launched a podcast with the same name.

Trinny Woodall married an entrepreneur named Jonathan Elichaoff in 1999. They had a daughter together around 2003. They later divorced in 2009.
