It's known as the largest "scream park" in Europe!

Farm History
The story of Tulleys Farm began with Bernard Beare. He started farming in 1911 and moved around for about 25 years. In 1937, he settled at Worth Hall Farm. Bernard and his family worked hard to turn a regular dairy farm into a very successful business. Besides dairy, they grew salad crops for markets in London and vegetables for companies that made pickles. They even grew herbs like mint and parsley!
In the early 1970s, Bernard's son, Denis, and his wife, Marion, saw a new opportunity. They decided to turn Tulleys into a large pick-your-own farm. This meant visitors could come and pick their own fruits and vegetables! They grew over 40 different types of crops on 120 acres of land.
Later, in 1991, Denis and Marion's son, Stuart, joined the family business. They opened a farm shop in 1992 and a tearoom in 1996. The farm shop later closed but then reopened in March 2020 as a drive-thru! In 2004, Tulleys Farm won a big award: 'Farm Retailer of the Year' from the National Farmers Union.
Stuart loves creating fun experiences for visitors, which led to the seasonal events you see today. His son, Sam, joined the farm in 2017, continuing the family tradition.
Fun Events at Tulleys
Tulleys Farm hosts three main seasonal events throughout the year: in summer, autumn, and winter. You can also visit the Tulleys tearoom and Escape Rooms all year round!
Tulleys Escape Rooms & Games
Tulleys Escape Rooms are exciting live challenge games. You and your team have 60 minutes to solve puzzles and escape from a themed room. Friendly staff members, called attraction hosts, give you clues through speakers if you get stuck. There are four main rooms to choose from, plus two smaller, easier games in a nearby trailer.
- The Outfitters: This room takes you back to 1926 Chicago, right in the middle of a crime story. (Difficulty: 4)
- Mutiny: Set in 1672, during the exciting Golden Age of Piracy. (Difficulty: 3)
- Nethercott Manor: Explore an old manor house and its gardens. (Difficulty: 5)
- Dodge City: A fun escape room with a Wild West theme. (Difficulty: 4)
In December 2019, two new escape games were added: UNCLE TICK-TOCK'S CIRCUS and KRAKEN CASINO. These games are also an hour long, perfect for beginners, and lots of fun!
Tulleys Maze
In 1998, Tulleys Farm opened its very first maze, designed by a famous artist named Adrian Fisher.
The Tulleys Maze is the farm's main summer event, usually open from mid-July to early September. It's built in an eight-acre cornfield, which is turned into a tricky maze! Besides the Giant Maize Maze, there are many other fun activities. These include giant games, mini mazes, tractor rides, and huge slides. You can also explore the Secret Forest, play Farmers Golf, and climb Straw Mountain. Towards the end of the maze season, they even have "Torch Nights," where you can try to complete the maze in the dark!
In 2018, the maze didn't open. Instead, Tulleys brought back "pick-your-own" for pumpkins! This was very popular, and even ITV London broadcasted the weather live from the pumpkin fields.
Shocktober Fest
Shocktober Fest is Tulleys Farm's huge Halloween event, held every year. It features many different "haunts" or scary attractions, like Wastelands Penitentiary, Twisted Clowns 3D, The Chop Shop Garage, and The Horrorwood Haunted Hayride. The event also has live music and delicious food. It's known as Europe's largest "Scream Park," attracting over 100,000 guests each year!
Tulleys Christmas
During the winter season, the farm offers a wonderful Christmas experience. This includes a real ice rink and a Santa sleigh ride. You can also enjoy other traditional farm activities, like making food for reindeer and decorating gingerbread cookies.
