Turkay Sabit Şeren (born May 15, 1932 – died July 7, 2016) was a famous Turkish football player. He was a fantastic goalkeeper for the Galatasaray team for many years. Turgay Şeren played for Galatasaray from 1947 to 1966. He also played 52 games for the Turkish national team. This included two matches in the 1954 FIFA World Cup.

People especially remember him for his amazing saves against West Germany in 1951. Turkey won that game 2–1 in Berlin. Because of this unforgettable day, he earned the nickname "Berlin Panteri," which means "Panther of Berlin." After his playing career, he also coached Galatasaray. In 1967, Galatasaray held a special game for him in Istanbul. Famous players like Lev Yashin came to play in it.
