Two22 is a tall building in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It has 41 floors. You can find it on 9th Street and 3rd Avenue. It is the fifth tallest building in Minneapolis.
The building opened in 1985. It was first called the Piper Jaffray Tower. This was because a company named Piper Jaffray used it as their main office. Later, this company changed its name to Piper Sandler Companies.
In 2000, Piper Jaffray moved out. The building was then renamed Campbell Mithun Tower. This new name came from an advertising company that moved in. That company later changed its name to Mithun Agency. It closed down in 2016.
In 2019, the building got a new owner. It was renamed "Two22." This new name comes from its street address, 222 South Ninth Street.
