Túlio Lustosa Seixas Pinheiro, known simply as Túlio, is a former Brazilian football player. He was born on April 25, 1976, in Brasília, Brazil. Túlio played as a defensive midfielder, which means his main job was to protect his team's goal and win the ball back from opponents. He had a long and interesting career playing for many different clubs.

Starting Out at Goiás
Túlio began his youth career at Goiás in 1993. He then joined their main team in 1995. He played for Goiás for many years, from 1995 to 2000. During this time, he helped the team win several important championships. He returned to Goiás again in 2002 and later in 2010.
Playing in Other Countries
Túlio also played football outside of Brazil. In the 2001-2002 season, he played for Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia. This was a new experience for him in a different league. Later, in 2005, he moved to Japan to play for Oita Trinita. He spent two seasons there, from 2005 to 2006, showing his skills in the J1 League.
Back in Brazil
After his time in Japan, Túlio returned to Brazil. He played for Botafogo from 2003 to 2005 and again from 2007 to 2008. He was an important player for Botafogo. He also played for other big Brazilian clubs like Corinthians in 2009 and Grêmio in the same year. Towards the end of his career, he played for Figueirense from 2010 to 2012. He retired after playing for Sobradinho in 2013.

Throughout his career, Túlio helped his teams win several titles:
- Goiás State League: He won this championship multiple times with Goiás, in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000. He won it again in 2003.
- Brazilian Center-West Cup: Túlio also won this cup with Goiás in 2000.
