Unwanted (in Albanian: T'padashtun) is a drama movie from Kosovo made in 2017. It was directed by Edon Rizvanolli. This film was chosen to represent Kosovo at the Academy Awards. It hoped to win an Oscar, but it was not nominated that year.
The Story of Unwanted
The movie tells the story of Alban, a teenage boy. He grew up in the Netherlands with his mother. They moved there after the Kosovo War, a big conflict that happened when Alban was very young.
Alban's life changes when he meets Anna, a kind and understanding young woman. As they become friends and their relationship grows, Alban starts to remember things from his past.
