Víctor Tomás González (born 15 February 1985) is a famous Spanish handball player who has now retired. He was known for playing as a right wing.
Víctor Tomás spent his entire professional career playing for FC Barcelona. During his time there, he won many important titles. He became the Spanish champion 12 times and won the EHF Champions League 3 times. He had to stop playing handball at the end of the 2019/20 season because of a health issue.

Early Life and Club Career
Víctor Tomás was born in Barcelona, Spain, on 15 February 1985. He started playing handball at a young age. From 1998 to 2004, he was part of the youth teams at FC Barcelona.
He then joined the main FC Barcelona team in 2004. He played for them for 16 years, until 2020. This is very rare for a player to stay with one club for so long!
Playing for Spain
Víctor Tomás also played for the Spanish national team. He represented his country from 2004 to 2017. He played in 176 games for Spain. In these games, he scored an amazing 559 goals.
Amazing Achievements
Víctor Tomás won many medals during his career. He won a bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics with the Spanish team.
He also won a gold medal at the 2013 World Championships held in Spain. At the European Championships, he won a silver medal in 2016 and a bronze medal in 2014. These achievements show how skilled he was as a player.
Retirement from Handball
