Valdemiro Santiago was born on November 2, 1963. He is a Brazilian evangelical pastor and a leader of a church. He is the founder of the World Church of God's Power. Santiago has been an evangelical minister for over 30 years.
He was born in Palma, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Valdemiro Santiago used to be a part of another church, the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (UCKG). He later decided to leave that church.
After leaving the UCKG, Santiago started his own church, the World Church of the Power of God. This church grew very quickly. Soon, it had many followers and churches in all parts of Brazil. For example, there were 10 churches just in the Rio de Janeiro state.
Santiago shares his religious messages in many ways. He uses online platforms, television, and radio stations to reach people. He is known for teaching about the prosperity gospel. This teaching suggests that faith can lead to financial blessings and good health.
