The mall was once known as Colonial Mall Valdosta. It was owned by a company called Colonial Properties Trust. In 2007, they sold the mall to Jones Lang LaSalle. The mall is currently owned by CBL & Associates Properties.

Current Management

Since July 2019, the Valdosta Mall has been managed by the Spinoso Real Estate Group. They help make sure the mall runs smoothly.
