Vallromanes is a charming village located in Catalonia, Spain. It's about 25 kilometers (around 15 miles) away from the big city of Barcelona. This village is nestled between two areas known as Vallès Oriental and Maresme. It is part of the larger Barcelona metropolitan area, meaning it's connected to the city's network of towns and services.
Vallromanes sits on the slopes of the Sant Mateu mountains. These mountains are part of a larger coastal mountain range called the Cordillera Litoral. The Vallromanes riverbed flows through the area, heading towards Montornès del Vallès. The village itself is quite mountainous. It is mostly covered in natural plants like shrubs, as well as forests of pine and oak trees. You can also find some special neighborhoods, called gated communities, near the Vallromanes Golf Club.
