Viktor Vitaliiovych Tsyhankov (Ukrainian: Ві́ктор Віта́лійович Циганко́в; born on November 15, 1997) is a professional footballer. He plays as an attacking midfielder or winger for the La Liga club Girona. Viktor was born in Israel, but he plays for the Ukraine national team.

Club Career Highlights
Starting with Dynamo Kyiv
Viktor Tsyhankov was born in Nahariya, Israel. His father, Vitalii Tsygankov, was also a footballer. Viktor moved to Ukraine when he was very young. He learned to play football at the Nyva Vinnytsia and Dynamo Kyiv academies. Mykola Zahoruyko was his first coach.
Viktor made his first professional appearance in the Ukrainian Premier League for Dynamo Kyiv on August 14, 2016. This was against FC Stal Kamianske. During the 2018–19 season, he was named the best player in the Ukrainian Premier League three times. These awards were for March 2018, December 2018, and April 2019.
Moving to Girona
On January 17, 2023, Viktor Tsyhankov joined La Liga team Girona in Spain. He signed a contract that will keep him with the club until June 2027. The transfer cost Girona about €5 million. His old club, Dynamo Kyiv, will also get 50% of any future transfer fee if Girona sells him.
Playing for Ukraine

Viktor Tsyhankov was first called to play for the senior Ukraine in October 2016. This was for 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. He made his first appearance for Ukraine in November 2016. He came into the game against Finland in the 83rd minute.
In June 2021, he was chosen by coach Andriy Shevchenko to play in the UEFA Euro 2020 tournament. More recently, in May 2024, he was also selected by coach Serhiy Rebrov to be part of the team for UEFA Euro 2024.

Viktor Tsyhankov is married to Romana Prokopovych. They have a son together.
