Viridictyna is a group of small spiders. Scientists call these groups genera (that's the plural of genus). These spiders live in the South Pacific region, especially in New Zealand. They are known for making special kinds of webs.
These spiders belong to a family called Dictynidae. A famous spider expert named Raymond Robert Forster first described them in 1970.
